I hope it's going to prove a temporary blip and that you could resume maybe shorter and less physically challenging ones .

I certainly miss the enjoyment of a long walk somewhere nice, it makes all the difference to your outlook on life.
I used to start out, with the dog, and it would just be a short one planned, I would end up going miles without even thinking about it.

 

As usual beautiful images Woo,..i have always loved your walks and hope you can still keep slogging away be it for even a shorter walk,..heres hoping things improve for you and we all wish you well.
