What a day

Yesterday was the first time in 3 weeks that I was able to see my grandson, he had covid and has been in isolation, he was pretty bad on times with it, but thank goodness he’s fit and well again.
Then I had a phone call off my grandson saying, Bamp I’ve just been for an interview and was offered a full apprenticeship as a brick layer, (which is what he’s been studying in college ), and I start on Monday.
What a great day, it was nice to hear something positive for a change.
We were over the moon for him

 

I am happy for you "Bamp". Congratulations to your Grandson on getting the Apprenticeship ... and conquering Covid. Good to know young folk still want to go into trades. Have a nice day.

That is wonderful @Lem ! My province is working hard to try to get young people interested in skilled trades. They can make great money and have lots of pride in their work
