Neither have I ... I am delighted. I think @pete has had one.

 

I tend to get a few, now and then, not sure what causes it.

 

April is here ...

Grapefruit tree in bloom ...

And so are the showers, so some grey photos of the lower end of the garden ..



Justicia brandegeana (Shrimp Plant)) to the right, Red & White Oleanders against wall, White Salvia gregii in square pot, possibly Mandevillla in pot and overhung with Solanum jasminoids ...orange trees in the background ...

It certainly does. My garden is in "rooms" The Courtyard, Front of House Patio, The Sandbar, Raised Patio, Kitty Kat Korner, Lower Garden, Jungle Room and Dining Patio ... it is a relatively small space hence me creating rooms. Then there is The Baffa (outdoor Living Room) created on the land where the chicken run was. The kitchen is the old donkey shed.

 

Sun and warmth are back with us.

Grapefruits are developing ...

The Hibbertia scandens has come back nicely since its massive cutback a couple of years ago



The Callistemon is blooming more each day ...

 

Thanks @Victoria, it's pretty isn't it ... it looks as if it belongs to the Rose family, the blossoms remind me of Hawthorn .

 

It is May Day but Sun, cloud and wind here but went out puttering for a while.

What is the purple Iochroma @Victoria .

I've got a iochroma fuchsioides that I'm hoping will flower properly this year, its has some very small red flowers at the moment.

 

Pete, you made me do a search and it is called Iochroma cyaneum 'Plum Paradise' and here is the first picture I found of it in October 2007 ...



The mystery one I found last week is the I fuchsinoids but no buds yet.
