Why is my Campanula Portenschlagiana not blooming ?

My Campanula Portenschlagiana is not yet flowering this spring and it’s been planted in the ground for over a year now. Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong please ?

it’s too early for them to flower it’s a summer flowering variety .
Loves full some and at a push shade
How long have you had the plant ?

l can’t remember when I planted it, maybe last spring I think, so it’s too early to flower yet, ok it looks like the garden centre force them to flower early as my local place have a lot in flower.
I shall see flowers on it soon then. Also, it’s in full sun, I have one either side of my frost door.
