Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Another lovely day - hot in the sun gardening but cool in the shade. Forecast keeps changing here so I’ve watered the pots with water butt supply but as Welsh Water have made a statement about conserving water, no hose tonight.

 

Mostly cool and breezy, but the sun has shone occasionally, still dry here, so I have watered the veggies. Working on the theory of "sods law", If I water it will rain, if I don't it won't.
3.3 inside the greenhouse last night, hope that is the end of those temperatures.

 

I'm yet to water anything growing in the ground yet, onions, beetroot and corn is loving it, I guess it depends on what you grow.

 

It's not just rain, but heavy rain we'll be getting overnight. Scary. Not used to that. Hope the plants aren't bashed down.

I did mow the back lawn, but had to rake it as the grass was lying flat and sprouting sideways. The front lawn looks dead so it didn't get a mow as nothing to mow.

It was a hot and sunny day and we sat outside for a bit. It will be warm overnight at 12c.

 

It's raining at last! It started just after 9pm, is light at the moment and the garden will love it. There's more forecast over the next few days. It probably won't stop now until autumn.

Proper rain this morning, not heavy.
Surprisingly calm, I expect the wind forecasted will pick up later.

We have some soft gentle rain this morning ... it's quite nice listening to it, and the air feels light and fresh

 

Light rain overnight, the ground is just damp. Cloudy, more rain expected but not the heavy kind. 17c max. Breezy.

Starting off warm here with 18c but only going to 25c with hopefully a breeze.

 

Good morning all, Well we did get the rain from 11pm last night not heavy steady away for a good few hours.cloudy now and quite breezy,a high of 19c.the garden looks a lot fresher.

 

Just drizzle here so far, but we did have a decent soaking on Wednesday.

 

It rained overnight, but it's difficult to tell how much. I will have to dig down in the soil and have a look.

A warm day at 20c and more rain from tea time and overnight again.

Tomorrow is dry and sunny, but next week it's wet a lot of the time. But we do need it.

It saves so much time not having to water, but still have to water pots and baskets.
