We had a good 6mm soaking overnight. There is fine drizzle now with the birds singing so may clear up.

      7mm here, just checked.
It seems to have stopped now with just some drizzle in the wind from time to time.

I have just been browsing rain gauges on Amazon. Did you know you can get wireless, self-emptying ones?

Wireless, self-emptying ones? I did think about putting out a straight sided measuring jug. I may do that tonight.

We had rain overnight! 9mm, which isn't loads but it's almost as much as we got in the whole of April.
Whether we'll get any more over the next few days seems to depend on which forecast I look at, which means it's not very likely.

I don’t think it rained overnight. It is very dim and cloudy and ‘feels like’ it could rain, but nothing yet.

No idea how much, but we did have some rain last night but more importantly 11 degrees overnight temp. 17 degrees now and overcast with a bit of blue sky and barely a breath of wind.

Well. we were 26c by 11.30am so I got all my re-potting of Adeniums and T'other Half has watered everything. Now inside in the cool.

It is up to 44f 6c and the guessers say we might get up to 58f 13c. They've forecast more sprinkles here and there so I have put the giant "shower cap" I made onto the umbrella dryer. There's a fairly good breeze so I stand a good chance of getting some fresh air dried clothes :fingers crossed:
