Hose kinks

I’ve never thought about that @JennyJB as I always leave the connector on the end to attach it to the reel casing once rewound to keep the water in the hose and prevent any leaks when stored.

 

Thanks for replying. I asked because I quite often use my hose without a connector or nozzle/gun, and it would be a nuisance to have to put one on for storage.

 

I've just looked at my Fast Reel @JennyJB. If you remove the hose connector to leave just the bare hose and rewind it too much so that the hose disappears into the casing, you can unscrew the casing to retrieve it. The system comes complete with a hose and all the connectors. There's also an Auto Reel version which has a ball shaped stopper near the end of the hose to prevent it disappearing into the casing.

 

Thanks for checking! I might look at those next time I need a new hose.
