It's raining With a gentle breeze from the south south west temp 18c feels like 19c

 

A yellow warning for rain has just commenced for South Wales (valid for the next 24 hours). Just finished clearing the gutters so good timing!

We got a short sharp shower half an hour ago, 1mm in the gauge. OH had popped out to the shop and got drenched - I must send him out more often.

Today, fleeting showers blown along by a strong wind with sunny spells between, nothing has wetted the ground yet but heavy rain forecast for tonight and tomorrow morning.

Perfect day today, sunny for my walks to and from work but rained stair rods in the early afternoon. The grass verges along my walk are starting to turn green.

 

We were a cool 27,3c today and it was very gusty/windy again. Still quite breezy and 22c now, had my thin sweater on but come in now. Very Autumnal indeed but love it.

Yesterday, the rain forecast didn’t arrive, just some drops.

It's gently raining since 3AM. 14c currently, up to 19c over the day.
Rain might stop soon so the radar. What a shame.

Looks like we have had a dampening, not raining now but more on the way judging by the radar.

The rain came back at 6 and it’s still raining. Quick check of the water butts: from 7cm yesterday to around 15cm since 3AM. Not bad
