I think I've spotted the first signs of blight on mine, not surprised due to all the wet weather.
I've sprayed them in the hope of getting the remaining ones ripe but I've not done badly, given a lot away as usual.

My tomatoes are reluctant to ripen. Have had just one so far. Variety is Akoya. There are approx 50 on the plant IMG_1504.jpeg

My Outdoor Girl tomatoes succumbed to blight last year, but as they are an early variety I'd already had a good harvest from them. I'm currently picking as soon as they start to change colour and leaving them to finish ripening in my sunny porch. No sign of blight yet (touch wood).
I've got enough of a tomato backlog that I'm going make a ratatouille tomorrow, and use them up together with the last of the "Defender" courgettes.

No, they start green, turn black and then orangey red. Never grown this variety before.

Weird. Although I have some sweet peppers that get a black tinge before going red.

Yes, my chilli "Chenzo" goes to red from black. Though you can pick them black, and they are very attractive.

Mine are all suddenly ripening [in gr'house] but I eat a lot of them straight from the plant.
If you like the Sungold, as suggested by @CarolineL , you may like the new one I've grown this year @katecat58 - Garnet. It's also a cherry type [I only grow those nowadays as I don't have a lot of room] and is similar in taste. I thought they hadn't properly ripened, as they were still dark green at the top, but that just seems to be how they are, although they look more uniform on the seed packet. A darker variety. They've done well, and I also have one outside because I had no more room undercover.
That one's not too bad, although I had to nip the top out a good while ago to let it concentrate on the fruits it had, but it's too iffy to grow outdoors here and get a reliable crop, so I'll probably have to bring the remaining fruits indoors soon. The weather has suited better outside this year though. Always a challenge!

King's Seeds are good value for veg seeds @katecat58 . More in the pack than other outlets, and cheaper too. I got mine from there.
I picked more from all my plants yesterday - some even made it to the kitchen
It's still very mild here for the time of year, and even when we're having single figure temps o'night, it's still high single figs, and then it goes up again -sometimes to around 13 or 14 degrees as the low. Very odd, but this seems to be the new normal, so I might be able to leave the toms a bit longer before bringing them into the house. Mine are all undercover anyway, apart from the 'spare', but it's not doing too badly, apart from being blown over in the wind yesterday.

I've used Kings for years and have always been happy with them.
I get the standard stuff from Kings and then top up from other suppliers as required. Nicky's Nursery to be good for tomatoes and Real Seeds was worth a look last year.
There are a lot of other seed companies out there, but I try to restrict the number as all include postage and packing.

Yes - the P&P can be as much as the seeds, so it's tricky if you only want a single packet of something. I needed all new seed last year, and got 3 packets from Kings. Excellent.
I ended up with too many as the sown seed all, bar one, germinated. I don't need very many plants as it's only me that eats them now that younger daughter isn't here, so it's only when we do bruschetta at this time of year that I use more. I gave a couple of plants to my ex hubby, so I have 6 in total.

I've bunged some halved cherry tomatoes in the airfyer (dehydrate program). Should I have added oil and seasoning?
