Whats Your Weather Like 2025

It’s back today rain and I don’t think it’s going to stop all day ! . Didn’t need my wellies yesterday as helped sort hundreds of book donations we store in the Hydropool building which at some point is down for demolishing in the future ready to move into ‘The cottage’ where a volunteer being a carpenter has made ‘Book Shelves’.

 

Heavy rain overnight, light rain currently, sunny spells this afternoon. Warm at 20c max.

 

15c had rain through out the night, yesturday was so nice i mowed the lawn

 

Hazy sun, 19c going to low 30s.

 

Rainy weather with 13c to 19c and a moderate breeze. It will water in the polyanthus that i planted but the ground is still dry under 3 inches,It should be dry tomorrow so I'm washing my hair today so i can do gardening tomorrow.

 

It's raining! Not heavy, but steady, and it looks like it's been at it for several hours. Squinting out of the window I can see that there's somewhere around 10mm in the gauge. The rain is forecast to stop by lunchtime so I'll go out and check properly then.

The forecast is showing some sunshine this afternoon, and getting warm, 21C, then warmer still for the next couple of days. 22C, "feels like" 27C tomorrow afternoon - I hope not!

 

Overnight temperatures down to single figures again last night, rain forecast today, 12 degrees now with a gentle breeze, picked a couple of tomatoes for lunch and a few strawberries for afters, growing season almost done here for the year.

 

The sun is just poking out. Oh, no, it’s gone. Thick clouds.

 

We have four full water butts and one half-full. Happy days!

 

Steady light rain here set in for the day. Friday looks to be the best day of the week (month?) so I’ll catch up on my washing then.

 

Sounds like you don't need it.

We all seem to have full water butts when we don't need it.

I was watching the deep dive yesterday, next week is looking pretty grim for my part of the country next week.
I'm hoping they have got it wrong.

Rained all night supposed to stop midday it's still raining now. One of the neighbours was having their grass cut while it were lashing it down sod that couldn't think of anything more miserable, probably made a right mess aswell

 

I agree about the mowing, the council always do it around here when its wet, ends up a right mess.
Its not rained here since early, but not dried up either, more like winter in that respect.
