@Obelix-Vendée All I carry are are my keys, some tissues, a biro, some cash and a credit card if I think it necessary. Never needed any ID. Except, of course, when I'm in a foreign country.
For non Guardian readers I’ve copied out this story. Don’t ever think that the country we live in is all above board. Capital punishment? Read on… I’ve had to split the story up. Too dim to work out how to make it flow from one image to another
@Obelix-Vendée North Korea are obviously well ahead of us on the Assisted Dying issue then. Sounds like an excellent plan despite the irony
Not sure the period between failing and being executed would be very comforting tho @Philippa, given their reputation for beatings, horrific conditions and starvation rations in prison camps.
A search for the story leads to an article by Indian newspaper Pragativadi (tinyurl.com/4578wfh2). Pragativadi said via email that they collected the information from a website called Yadu News Nation (tinyurl.com/exrjx77v) and that they have taken steps to remove the post from their website and social media accounts. The article is no longer live as of July 5. The Yadu News article appears to be fabricated, as it says Kim delivered a speech after riding a white unicorn. Its author did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Need to have my Drivers License, one credit card, some cash as Amish Markets take only cash, my AAA card just incase car breaks down, LOL. and my medical cards. We drive everywhere here, no busses.
I just have the RAC number on my phone for breakdowns, I have used it once, you dont even have to tell them where you are as they use the gps on your phone, really good if you break down in some back road that you don't know the number or name of. I dont need an ID card, the day I stop knowing who I am will be the day they can screw down the lid of the box. Although I have no real problems with them, just dont stop me in the street and ask to see it Mr Plod.
I remember the Bamber case quite well @Tidemark. I grew up about fifteen miles from where this happened. It will be interesting to hear the outcome if it goes back to appeal after all these years. I wonder if Bamber suspects anyone for the murders - if he's innocent of course.
