A watery sun appeared and stayed for a few hours this afternoon,
    No wind and quite pleasant,

We had 43mm of rain during our downpour earlier. Now sunny and 18c. A tornado hit Albufeira around 10.30am, about which time we had strange strong gust and the heavy rain.s. We are about 30 minutes inland from Albufeira. Several of the coastal towns were affected and had damage and flooding.

Well it almost brightened up but not quite, been foggy in the morning and mostly gloomy all afternoon, noticed a slight Easterly wind as I was out this afternoon, that means gloom and drizzle which appears to be happening, feels colder as well.

It's been very dark and drizzly all day. Poor houseplants must wonder what's happenend. About 8c.

Much dryer and cooler next week and going down to 1c.

I thought those auto vent openers went wrong if they got frosted? Mine is about 33 years old.

Sky looks threatening but don’t think we’ll see rain today , fingers crossed. Cloudy and just a few leaves yet to fall on our Wisteria on the arch out the front , still it’s exercise brushing up I like. Temperatures drop through the night forecast from tomorrow will dig out fleece later . 9C with a slight breeze .
