The Blue Hide french beans are doing great, most of them are at the top of the poles now.

Alongside them however are an Italian Variety, think the name was Yellow Angel in Italian, Miraflores would know.

Now these ones are particularly thick, keep having to untangle them from their own stems, stop them from climbing downwards & generally try to keep them growing up their own poles and not the ones that are already occupied.

Hope they are going to be worth it:DOH:

I know your problem, I'm shocked you dont know:scratch: Grandad Potty told me all about it when I was a sprog, he volinteered for the fire service just before the out break of his second world war, tho he later installed in me "NEVER, NEVER, NEVER volinteer for anything son!!! fighting 1,000 Heinkles with a hose pipe aint much fun:WINK1:" he made me promise him, these are Italian peas ziggy, and like their tanks at the time they had 1 forward gear and five reverse incase they needed to change sides, clearly you've planted the seeds upsidedown, you should be trianing the roots up the poles not the other way around, get the roots about three feet high then start picking the roots, the plants will reverse and you peas will pop up:WINK1:

    Hope this helps:D

    Plant Potty.:)

    EDIT.......

Yeah my 100 post was a dumb one :D
