    japanese farm? ....

seems like Fukishima is in full meltdown now ... not much being said in the press as they don't want to cause mass panic ...

    Fukushima update: Radiation danger continues

but reports from locals there are that radiation levels are very high and everything is now contaminated .... those with money have left :(

    That's it, ziggy :dbgrtmb: :yahoo:

Although it is a proper river the water seems to soak through under the pebbles and all you see is that narrow stream across the beach.

      Nice one Shiney,

Its the same at Seatown, sometimes it empties into the sea, sometimes it goes under the beach. Sometimes in the winter, the beach goes altogether:OUCH:

Sorry, Dim, I think your flagging up of the Japan situation needs a thread of its own. You are right our news channels are ignoring it, its all over the Russian News networks.

Do you want me to sort out a new thread using your post to start it ?:)

don't worry Ziggy ... was just having a 'rant' .... been following this from day 1 on the 'conspiracy' forums and I feel for the japanese ... big probs there and all this is being kept under 'wraps' ... saw the photo on this thread and sort of reminded me of what it may be like there in a few months, as even the milk is now contaminated with radiation according to reports
      ... it's sad

I should have done, but the photo doesn't do the colours justice, they are red as opposed to yellow like the ones on Seatown beach:DOH:
