got my first seeds

    starting my allotment plot for the first time this year and I have went to the local dobbies garden centre today and purchased my very first seeds :yess:
    Is sutton seeds a decent brand to start with?

    Yep, although I usually buy Kings as they are cheaper.

    What'd ya get then?:)

    I got
    organic carrots - F1 flyaway (wishfull thinking)
    Radish - jolly
    Beetroot - globe2
    Cabbage- red drumhead & golden acre primo (II)
    Lettuce - iceburg
    strawberry - alpine regina

    also got thompson and morgan spring onion - white lisbon

    I will get more just need to plan first :)

    Cool, put a barrier around the Carrots, that keeps the fly off too.:thumbsup:

    Although not veg seeds I've been using Sutton's seeds for a few years now and not had any problems. Germinations good. :)
