    I awoke this morning at 3 o clock, for my usual early morning visit to 'the hole in the floor'.
    As I stepped out of bed I took the most Excruciating Cramp at the back of my right leg:gaah:.I was jumping about the floor like 'skippy the bush kangaroo'.
    I then heard the wife's Soft,Velvet,Sweet,Dulcet toned Scottish Voice Calling,
    "WHIT'S UP WI YOU ? YOU WOKE ME UP"!!!!.
    After the pain had gone I returned to bed, (She Lightly Snoring),I said to her,
    "I'm very sorry I woke you up !, in the future if I am having a Heart Attack,I will be very very Quiet!. She Replied "WHIT"?.:frown:.

    P.S. I am keeping the Insurance Policy on the bedside cabinet, to save any Future Inconvenience.:WINK1:.

      I can sympathise with you about the cramp :sad:. Don't know about the wife's obvious deep concern for your welfare :heehee:

      I've suffered with really bad cramp for the last 50 years but the wife is very good with it. She wakes up all groggy, falls out of bed and says "where's the cramp?" She's learnt how to treat the different types and manages to stop it from getting worse :dbgrtmb:. Thank you, Mrs Shiney :love30:
