Just in case you need some Jack.....

 

Happy retirement MacJack, my Retirement 'do' lasted half an hour during work time with a few sandwiches and my Boss was 'too busy' to come and say goodbye after 22 years of working there. I'm glad I'm out although it does take some adjusting to particularly as In house Adviser is still working and I am on my own all day.
As Penny's signature says, gardening is great therapy, I've done a bit recently.

I can not remember a lot about the party other than it was good

Well original idea was I have a new Gym routine, and intend to do it Mon, Wed, Fri mornings, then the rest gardening and visiting the shops, If they still exist, I have not had a wandering day around our town centre for eight years
I intend to use my bicycle for transport, as I now have the time to actually cycle anywhere local, only I realise it would be difficult carrying a ten bags of MPC for £3.50 bargain home :-)

Freedom time was scarce, so personal leisure shopping was, to a Shed or Garden centre, or to a specific shop in town like Home bargains or pound land, for some SCRUGEE recommended deal

SWHMBO has some sort of strange idea and has given me a roster for something called a WASHING MACHINE, VACUUM CLEANER, and cleaning agents
I told her I was retired now and had no intentions of being employed by an agency, I am not going to work for anyone again, and to inform her contacts that I will not become an agent for them

Driving home was strange thinking it was my last commute weird feeling
