Iv Been Crippled up this week end in Agony Think I Over Did it Hanging that old Gate The Gate is so big and HEAVY I Had to Dig down 3 foot each post and have 7 foot out the Floor i did have 2 blokes to help me as its so Heavy I Had to Move the soil that Id Dug out as well i blended that in to the borders i was up most the night in Agony bed most of Today couldnt sleep just lay there drinking Tea just got up for dinner Iv Had this Gate 18 months and was sick n tierd of looking @ it lay up the wall i suppose i like most want to do these jobs my self!!! I Hate haveing this Disabilty BUT!!! Must Learn to Exsept I Aint 18 No More I Carnt Box or Train Im 40 and Got Spondeolitus of the Spine & Neck & Arthitus of the wrists & Fingers ON THE PLUS The Gate is Hung Opening & Closeing as it Should Any 1 Else ever Say the Famous Words NEVER AGAIN!!!! Hope you are starting to feel abit better Nick,I know how you feel I get rheumatoid arthritis this damp weather doesn't help,but I dont usually notice the pain until I stop then I cant move!

Keep moving folly youve got too my back has been broke since 1995 but they wont give me an xray(reckon its lack of stomache muscle) on it, but i did get my neck xray 4yr back and ive spondeolitus there...i find it easier to keep doing stuff than sitting down thou as i get stiff,gave up my horses partly cos of neck movement(safety issues) But ive found gardening now(ouch!) laptops dont help with my neck either x
