I need to know how many cubic metres there are in my living room to see if it is large enough for a flueless gas fire. My living room measures 14' x 12' x 8' high if someone could work this out for me I would be SOOOOOO grateful!!!!!!:love30::love30:

Hmm, I get an entirely different answer. I get 38.057842cu.m.:)

EDIT: I meant this in humour, for all intents and purposes both answers are the same.

So you do have Gas piped into your home then ?
Most Scottish villages do not, but the gas board will fit you a gas fire or boiler
Just and additional £12k to run the pipe to your home
Then all the other villagers, who really wanted gas apply, and get their gas appliances fitted for just the cost of the appliance, as there is already a supply to the village :-(

Yes I have a gas central heating boiler upstairs but no gas connection downstairs. I tried the gas board and they no longer fit fires!!
