Looked at 2 Houses This Week end and We Have Fell in love with the 1

We liked Both but the 1 You Know How it is The Garden the Potenshal

The one we Adord was an old vicarage on a large plot aprox 1 Acer with Proper Established Gardens the Garden looked to be aprox 150/200 years old the house it self
A Substantial Vicarage now surplus to church requriments standing in large mature gardens in need of general referb extensive accadation to inc entrance hall liveing room dining room brekfast kitchen study recption office two cloaks w/c on 1st floor five bedrooms two bathrooms off rd parking for easy 10/15 cars big double garage

it was all locked and gated so are booking a proper viewing Tommrow

The Next Folly i Build will hope full be my last
:dunno: Wot a place to build one tho in an old Vicarage

The Only Thing Well 2 Things that put us off was there where quite a few flats around it some High rise and some Masenets and the View we have here is too Die for Other Then That We Both Loved it

It Was Well Est With Trees Bushes Massive Lawn

We WILL BE SAD To Move but Gail Has Been Here 14 years and Said its time to Move

Her Dad is a Propety Devalpor so he will view it with us to Advise and Guide us :dbgrtmb: The Land to the rear was something else because Naughty Boy Here Could not resist jumping the gate for a look but had left my phone in the car so dident get pics of the Garden When We VIEW Propley I Will take some Pics We Am Excited it had a Lovely Warm Feel to it

BUT Will Wait on Gails Dads Advice Fingers Crossed Pray to God Excuse the Pun We Have found the Sort of Thing we Want :love30:

beautiful. i love properties like this. loads of potential both inside and out, and if its structurally sound, then its all cosmetic.

good luck, hope you get it my mate, you deserve it :dbgrtmb:

        Blimey Nick,

I had a closer look at the property, the brickwork is in immaculate condition. You've also got planning consent to build 3 further dwellings in the gardens, so potentially 5 dwellings. Plus the letting out of off street parking. Not bad for the price:dbgrtmb:

I can see it now, for sale, 3 detached follys.

Can you get half a dozen big lads in to lift and move the Folly if you do move?
It'll be a shame to leave it behind - and it would fit right in.

We wouldn't build on non of the ground Apart from Follys Poss 2 of we would be greedy and keep all the Garden lol there ain't no mention of a double garage but there is one!
I would take my Gate n posts off my folly gcc and build a new one
There is a company down ziggys way I think?
Called red wood stone I don't know how to add links or I would they do some lovely Follys and components
I Would be looking to build a Falling Down Bell Tower with some Added bits n pices I fancy my chances @ Somthing like that if we had the space and this Defantley has the space we want a Arga + a wood burner we have already got a nice wood burner but haven't had it fitted for a number of reasons it's being used as a plant stand at the mo in our porch lol
