They are amazing, I was speaking to someone who works there and he told me that they lost 350 in the fire of 2003 and they restored 300 of them back to the condition they are today.

No I don't and never have had one. I have a lot of mates that are bikers, but they have never appealed to me to ride. To be honest they scare the bejesus out of me how much power they and also the amount of people on the roads that just have no awareness of cars around them never mind a bike.

You seem to like Trumphs [sic]! A marvelous recovery after the devastating fire a few years ago. A freind of mine was chosen to restore an early Triumph that was badly damaged by the fire.

If you have nothing to do next Father's Day, go to Banbury and watch about 600 vintage and veteran motorcycles attempt to negotiate the Oxfordshire highways and byways. I've done 6 'Banburys' on my 1926 Triumph Model 'P'.

        Cheers, Tony.

There's also the Manx Grand Prix late in August if anyone's interested. All the classic bikes race and a lot of vintage bikes are brought here too.

My brother restores vintage bikes as a hobby. :)
