        It's deffo Hoya (carnosa).
        Important to remember that Hoya will flower year after year from the same spot (ie; do not cut off the bits where the flowers have dropped from) as well as growing and producing more flowering points.

          Another thing to remember relevant to where you site it - the flowers exude a nectar than can drip onto surfaces very sticky and sweet. We don't have that problem as Mrs Shiney always takes the nectar off with a finger and eats it :)
