One surely jests ... as I said, as the Mayans couldn't predict their own demise, how could they predict anyone else's .. and if anyone believe this, well ...

Whether or not we are all doomed tomorrow, let's look at a different aspect........how will it happen? It's got to be something major, a collision with something from outer space, or a nuclear disaster, maybe we're all going to drown from the incessant rain we're having. The Japanese have been very quiet recently about their nuclear plant problems.

 

According to my mate in Taiwan, it will happen differently depending on where you are. Examples illustrated here.

 

Sheal, my comment to t'other half was in regard to how this happens with the time zones of the world ... ? Do we go before or after California or wherever ... ?

 

That's a thought Victoria. Assuming it has to be a major disaster, it will happen at the same time worldwide, the only difference being, is the time.

When we were all knee high to a grasshopper, the safest place to be was underneath the covers, tucked up in bed. Perhaps that's where we should all stay tomorrow.

 

Good idea and I think I'll open the box of chocolates I bought someone for a Christmas present - if I start it now I've just got time to finish it.
