My 3 cats do this from time to time. Your cat has probably seen a tiny spider, little fly or even a piece of fluff/bit of cobweb that's caught his/her attention. Their eyesight is much better than ours! :)

Best get a new duster then - a possessed one will only lead to trouble.

Our duster is possessed, although currently neither wife nor I can work out who by. We can't find it anywhere.

Zigs, the cat is probably just staring at a quantum singularity that's opened up in your house. Cats are more sensitive to such things than us. It wont cause any problems. You might get a few bouts of de ja vous, and the odd item may translocate its self around the house, but nothing major should happen.

Ooooh, has the cat maybe spotted the GC time travelling helicopter in its secret hiding place?

Now look what you've started Ziggy. We all ought to be out there tending our gardens, not replying to spurious nonsence such as this,

Ah, but "mean" when speaking about Spruce doesn't mean any of those ... at worst, it means: average :heehee:

Sounds like perfectly normal cat behaviour to me.

Perhaps it's Schrödinger's Cat, so long as you don't look at it, it can be inside and outside. :cat-kittyandsmiley: :dunno:
