    Thanks!

Thanks - Everyone takes it so seriously these days! I had the council enviro health around to assess my kitchen (5 star rating ) and have to create a whole new management system for them! I only make the chutney!!

I'm on a bit of a mission with this as it happens. I say that the UK producers can take on our continental cousins any day of the week so am promoting the UK market as being the best. Now all I have to do is convince the public...

Have also added the charity 'Sands' as my chosen one for this year. (Some of you will know the reasoning behind that decision) Always good to make a little and give a little.

I see you don't have any jams for sale - We produce Strawberry, Damson & Cherry jams, but jellies for Blackberry, Crab Apple, Crab Apple & Rosehip, Crab Apple & Sloe, Apple & Honeysuckle (flowers).

Home made chutneys are easy to produce, the easiest/cheapest being made using plums (Damsons or wild Mirabelle) together with courgettes/marrows as the main ingredients.

Has anyone got a charcuterie tree? :heehee:
Most ingredients are covered for now but a very good idea of yours there Zigs.

Would be interested in hearing more on the jams and jellies Scrungee. Are they all labelled up as per requirements and have a wholesale price?

It was more of a suggestion rather than an offer to produce some more as we already shift all we have spare, complete with illegal 2nd hand jars, non EU Compliant labels, etc.

Ah, righto. No worries. Good idea - have planted new fruit trees to supplement my existing ones so should have jam to spare soon!
