Some of the mysteries of the universe

Where do fruit flies go when there is no fruit around?

Where are thunderbugs when there is no stormy weather?

        Yes, but where are they?

As Honey says, they appear out of nowhere within a very short time of having peeled fruit. Surely they don't hatch out immediately the air has the aroma of peeled fruit!

We find that having a 'zapper' helps a lot. We have one of those tennis racket shaped things which is powered by a battery. When you see any of the insects flying around you wave the racket at them and get a very satisfying 'zap' and a spark! It's especially satisfying when the insect in question is a mosquito. :blue thumb:

That's easy to answer, it's all about money. They pull in the viewers and the advertisers are then happier to spend their money.

OK then - why can't people park in car parks, even with wide bays and why can't people stack shopping trolleys properly?! (yes I have just come back from the supermarket!)
