A wee bit, thank you :)

On Friday morning, I woke up with a whole load of gunk that had oozed out of my eye overnight and since then, it hasn't been as bad.

I am still in the process of constructing a large database, and I think peering at a screen wasn't helping; had a brainwave yesterday though, and have connected my laptop to a 40" TV which is perched on an armchair about four feet away from me - GC is extra large now :snork:

If the computer screen is causing grief, and you really have to live with it for your job, then try keeping one eye covered for a while, then swapping eyes. You only need two eyes at once for 3d vision, and the monitor is 2d, so may as well let one eye get some good rest then swap. Works for me at least.

Just let the folk at work know what you are doing, if you do this FC.
We don't want you on any harassment charges with folk thinking you are winking at them lol!;)
