Woos Local By Election

Good evening we have a By Election in November as the our Conservative M.P resigned and joined the UKIP party.I have just received a letter.

The Conservative party have announced that they will select their candidate through an all postal ballot of local people.This means that every voter in Rochester & Strood and the surrounding towns and villages will be able to help make the decision about who the new Conservative candidate will be-regardless of what party they normally support.

You will shortly receive a envelope containing details of each candidate on the short list together with a ballot paper and a freepost reply envelope.

"WE KNOW THAT LOCAL PEOPLE WILL MAKE THE BEST CHOICE FOR THEIR AREA"

David Cameron will be making 6 visits to the Medway Towns

 

So do you reckon you'll have a UKIP MP after the election, Woo??

 

Oooooh, I wonder how they will manage to find a candidate with the second name 'Off'???

 

Could be that you'll be seeing this man going into your Local Pub before he knocks on your door.


Me???, I wouldn't buy a second hand car from him

 

Actually, M, I wouldn't..........as nothing from Politicians [or would-be Politicians] would be free and would end up at at least triple the amount on my Tax Bill.

 

I was already in the pub(The Crown ) but as usual when he asked if I would like a pint of best,my glass was half full so I politely declined

I have made it a rule never to discuss Politics or religion or a lady's age,but talking to Dave and Nigel neither of them like roses

 

Have you asked the other Parties whether they like roses?

If they all say 'No' you will have a problem with voting! I suppose the 'Green Party' should like roses.

Natilee (The Green party) has gone to Brighton on a Beano and was unavailable to comment,she was born in Australia so I can hazard a guess to what her answer would be
