Fantastic photos @Shiney,still doubt that we shall get down there though and my Poppy is the tallest one out of the lot of em:snork:

One of Mr Kandies workmates spent £90 on train tickets a few weeks ago to go from Corby down to London to see them so don't know how much it would cost from where you live @Yvonne:smile:

A lady knocked on the door this lunch time just as I was about to open a text message from Mr Kandy so went to see what she wanted and was presented with two white oblong boxes. When I looked puzzled she informed me that they were our poppies:yes: I thanked her then went and read Mr Kandys text message which said that the Tower of London had sent him a text message this morning to say the poppies would be with us within the next two days, but it looks like they are here already:snork::hapydancsmil::hapfeet:

Not going to open them until Mr Kandy gets home this evening, after all he ordered and paid for them.:biggrin:Just hope they are both ok and have not been damaged in the picking, washing and packing process:sad:

Jenny - thank you for posting that - I would never have seen it otherwise. Very moving

@Kandy - were your poppies ok? No damage? Have you displayed them?
