            A number of years ago somebody brought his pet squirrel on holiday here and it escaped, after what was pretty much an all island search it wasn't found. I don't think there would be enough here to sustain them anyway. :)

              Aren't any rabbits on the island are there? It's a rodent after all, and you know what rabbits are like.

              Just hope you don't get overrun with some hideous squirrel/rabbit hybrid that's all. :th scifD36:

                Plenty of rabbits Trunky but I think the squirrel is long dead. We have no foxes, badgers or snakes either, although we do have wild goats and wallabies.

                One of the Hawaiian islands has a serious problem of wild chickens :chicken:. I've almost got as far as that story in the Hawaiian thread that I'm doing. :smile:
