Latest moan from you and me, 2015

my sympathies Val. I love the colour yellow but it is so difficult to get the shade right. I painted a narrow, darkish hallway what I thought looked pale yellow. Let's put it this way you needed to wear sunglasses when in the hallway post it being painted. It wasn't long afterwards that ANOTHER visit was paid to B&Q paint department!

 

I don't mind re-painting as I like doing it, it is getting the other ruddy stuff off that I'm not looking forward to.

 

Thankfully, these are the exceptions and not the rule.

 

I wrote this earlier this morning, I have just come back from the Co-op where I saw the front pages of today's newspapers showing the terrible air crash in the Alps, 'life' certainly has a way of putting things in perspective.!!!

 

My moan as full time worker is about the weather. I know it will be rainy this weekend and there will be a minor heat wave on Monday morning.

 

Haha Owley yes exactly right. I just want it all mate, and a dry head.

Any work you could do from home while it rains, so you can take a bit of time off during the heatwave? Either that or be struck down with a bout of Monday-itus?

 

I have become a bit too well known as being a fan of the "Monday Club" M! Funnily enough, although there is so much work that can be done remotely, the internet working from home type thing never caught on in my industry. Its bums on seats I'm afraid!

 

@Paullypaul Erm, just how minor were you talking about?? It's bloomin' freezing here in Hay!!
