Good morning talking about earwax I have tried everything on the market including Olive Oil with out Popeye I used to have my ears syringed out every two years but my surgery has stopped doing it because they say it can cause damage,fancy telling Woo that after having it done for at least 30 years

 

Have you tried ear candles?

There's a Avian Veterinary about 10 miles away but he doesn't like treating Owlsonly joking my friend I will try and locate a local private clinic

Urgent things that are not remotely urgent!

Today, I am on a rest period that I have legally got to take to comply with drivers hours regulations, and was looking forward to getting cracking in the garden quite early. This morning, I got a call that the police were looking to obtain some CCTV urgently from our premises, so I told the staff member calling me that I could come in but only if it was genuinely urgent, and even then I could only let them view the footage, as they would have to wait until tomorrow for it to be transferred to a DVD to take away.

This was relayed back to the police when they called my colleague back about an hour later, and they were insistent that they see the footage today as it was urgent; he in turn called me and I had to head into work.

When I got there, I opened up and started to hunt for the footage required, only to find out that the incident was an egg (raw) getting thrown at a parked car from another car two days ago! No actual damage was done to the car, other than the cost of cleaning the egg off.

I can understand the desire to find the idiot that threw the egg, but it is hardly an emergency situation that required a call out on a Sunday? Worst still, I am now going to have to try and work in a period of 24-hours rest somewhere in the next couple of days, or else I will be working illegally thanks to PC plod!
