Hi my freind bought me a tiny aloe vera plant in autumn and I placed it in the verandah and by winter it grew quite big but as the veranda gets very cold during the winter I decided to move into the living room
I did not water it often during winter but I noticed it looks like its dying so I moved it back in the verandah but it looks worse
    can I save it ?

Looks fine to me but do keep it on the dry side ... and some sun helps!

Looks more like Aloe ferox to me, but it looks healthy enough to me.
Just a lower leaf shrivelling a bit, give it as much sun as you can and maybe just a small amount of water until the temperatures pick up and the days get longer.
