    Different! Sitting here at the ole computer on the kitchen table and kept hearing bang, bang, bang (we are in the middle of the orchards). T'other half came out from his hidaway computer and said he heard something! So, out and up onto the deck we go and look toward the sea and see some nice firework displays illuminating the skyline! It's a public holiday here, religious, being a Catholic country.

    PS On holidays here one is allowed to go shooting although it's not shooting season!

    It must have been nice watching the free display whilst relaxing outside.
    We have a posh country house hotel a few miles from us that regularly has big firework displays (celebrating weddings etc) and we can hear the fireworks but can't see them - a bit frustrating. :( :( :(

    How romantic Lol sounds like the perfect setting, the only fireworks we see is on guy fawkes evening still it is something to look forward to being on the top floor and close to the sea, there is lots of displays going off so will just have to wait till then [​IMG]
