Thank you, Ziggy! If you happen to be there soon, pls take a close-up photo.
      With both inscriptions...

You've opened a dedicated thread while I was waiting for a PM.

      My pleasure Angelina.

I've got a better camera since those pics were taken & hopefully the sun will come out this time. We'll be down there sometime this week, possibly tomorrow.

I thought i'd open a thread as it will be of interest to a lot of people, many on here are too young to remember him.

I'll wait and share it with our Bulgarian audience.
Meanwhile, let me paste a link to the FB post, which triggered our conversation: << Click >>

That'll be good, i'll see what shots I can get, old gravestones aren't the easiest thing to photograph.

Just got back from Whitchurch, took some slightly better photo's.

Unfortunately the Bulgarian inscription didn't come out as the Sun was behind it, don't know if there's any way of enhancing it?

Some pictures of the setting, its nestled in the Dorset hills.

And finally, some red roses, from all at Gardeners Corner.

It was no effort Angelina, always a lovely place to visit.

As I said by pm, the day he died was my 16th birthday, I still remember the day and hearing about his murder. So feel kind of connected there.

I know @Angelina has been a bit busy and doesn't log on very often, but the rose bush on his grave needs some looking at.

Could you ask his family if it's ok for me to tend to it when you do log in Angelina? Be happy to do it :spinning:
