    Not sure, but from the leaves and stems in the photo it looks like one of the Nightshade family.
    Are there any flowers or berries visible? If so, that might help us give you a positive ID.
    What do others think?

    It looks like Bittersweet to me, a member of the potato family but poisinous

    Yes looks more like Bittersweet or Woody Nightshade Solanum dulcamara to me with the fleshy stems.. Yes poisonous, but not quite so much as Deadly Nightshade..They are part of the Solanaceae family of which the potato is a member of too.. :D
