One question is where are they getting 53% peroxide; as some years ago they tightened up regulations when would be terrorists were buying higher strength peroxide, from hairdresser's wholesalers, too make a somewhat "touchy" explosive.

Maybe they should revert to Roman times and use urine to clean teeth - cheaper too

I've heard of many old uses for urine, from tannin leather to making slaked lime? or something like that.
        Early form or recycling.

Probably China. I don't suppose they care too much about foreigners as they don't care too much for their own.

6% peroxide is used by hairdressers for bleaching hair and for also activating hair colours. 12% is available in cream form which makes it a little less caustic. In liquid form it will burn your skin.

Is this Hydrogen peroxide or is that something different?

I tried to buy some at the chemist some time ago and was told we have not seen that in years.

Bought at 6% but massively diluted for use. Diluted at 40,000 to 1.

Never mind about tooth whitening, how about tooth cremating? Something for all you fish eaters to think about.

This is what I keep on hand. I sometimes dilute it more to spray on seedlings to get rid of damp off. The bottle costs about £2 20251030_124730.jpg

Just had an email telling me my pension is going to be handled in future by a consultancy service. So, being a curious sort, I have looked them up. This is how they describe themselves ...

"..., a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, leverages technology for business transformation and helps catalyze change."

Well, what a load of corporate drivel. :gaah: And I really do not want any "catalyzed change". I want my pension paid accurately, on time. As it must be assumed this handover is a cost-cutting exercise, I am not filled with optimism.

I have some, been there for years, they are actually in my mouth.
So how does it get into fish, and fish alone, when someone gets cremated.
