What's next

so then lovely people i have toms cucumbers and chillies in my greenhouse and beans, peas, corn, beets, fennel, carrots, in the bed outside the greenhouse and was wondering if there is anything i should be getting ready for after this lot finishes because this is my first year of growing food crops and wanted to carry on in winter not leave everything empty and bare like last year.... any suggestions
