Currently got 3 30 watt solar panels and a trickle feed wind generator charging 3 12 volt 85ah batteries.

Just ordered another 40 watt solar panel.

Should I get another battery to put on the system?

    T.I.A. :)

Haven't got a flipping clue about that set up, but I found 2 'leisure' batteries the absolute minimum using a wired in vehicle trickle charge unit, with occasional external charging.

My SIL is into this conversion of van to camper van, then off they go around Europe, Daughter says it is fine dad no problems, Then I find out they have a blog whitevan man OMG
Pulled off the road ALBANIA for an overnight wild camping, in the morning, the Red Minefield signs were a bit of an indication of where they were parked up

Some good info on wiring, circuits, batteries etc
