      That's tragic, we try our utmost to give our hens good food, a safe environment, company, entertainment, and a happy retirement after they stop laying. They give us eggs, hours of amusement, plus an excuse to walk to the plot to collect greenstuff every day.

          There's a coincidence...went to get three more hens today, to make up a nice, round ten:) Will spend the next few days refereeing until they're fully integrated. The two blacks I had already are Merlot and Malbec. Anyone got any ideas for names for the three newbies?:scratch:
