Holiday reviews

I always enjoy reading online holiday reviews. Here is an extract from my current favourite:-

'Great all-inclusive kids played in the pool all day hubby drunk by lunchtime. You have to try the rum cocktail - two of them and u r completely hammered. If you want a sun lounger in the shade, try to get down to the beach by 5.30 am. Bring insect repellent. We came home looking as though we had measles'. Overall score: 5/5.'

 

Was the holiday in Kent Clare??

 

No. It was in the Dominican Republic, actually. Some friends went recently and were trying to persuade us to give it a try. Don't think it's our cup of tea; you can't leave the resort and a lot of the clientele seem to treat it like Blackpool, only with more sunshine and free booze.

 

The stalag luft compound all inclusive holiday is not for me as well . You spend all winter surrounded by 4 walls , then go on holiday to be surrounded by 4 walls ! I like to eat and drink where and when I choose.
