Star jasmine

    Will star jasmine grow in the ground in a semi shaded area next to trees in central Scotland? If yes, what could be done to prevent it spreading through my neighbours adjoining hedge, apart from pruning? Thanks.

    Sorry Rapha, I think you may find it will struggle. They prefer full sun and a milder region as they are prone to frost damage.
