I read a report that the Danish postal service is stopping all letter deliveries by the end of the year. Denmark's postal service to stop delivering letters
A friend of mine that lives in Canada told me it was false. But, in my statement I acknowledged that it could be true or not true and for now I am just POINTING out that it is another example of the false media things that roam around us. Some folks here take all media things as gospel. And I am not "following" it, it just appeared out of nowhere. Lots of AI going on out there.
The safest thing is to not believe anything until you've seen it confirmed by several sources. AI can be very convincing. Some people even believed that Starmer was backing as financial scheme in adverts. Just shows how gullible people can be.
I put this to my daughter living in British Columbia @redstar and quote her response... "They haven't delivered mail directly to houses for years! There are mailboxes on every street with individual boxes. Posty only has to stop once and do a multi drop for each street". Edit: Sorry @CanadianLori I overlooked your post and spotted it after scrolling back.
That's the problem with listening to or reading and watching false news without checking with people who are actually supposed to be experiencing the incidences. Nearly all media seem to falsify 'news' to fit their personal, or their political masters', purposes. News Flash:- a unicorn has just wandered down our road so I had better let the local media know in case someone has lost it.
I think the inability to trust news is a real problem for society in general. It makes it very easy for those with an agenda to stir up division.
Custard and other dessert ingredients are thrown at a glass case in the Tower of London. The perps film themselves. Everyone knows who did it and why. The damage affects a tiny area and could be cleared up in a few minutes. But no! The whole place is closed down so the police can carry out an investigation. For goodness sake! Pop one of those "Caution - floor may be slippery!" notices up and ring the cleaning dept!
We have to have a mountian out of a mole hill nower days, the bigger the crime scene the more staff you need and other things half to wait then say we don't have the staff because they are all busy!!!!!!
Interesting. I received my new credit card by mail yesterday; I wonder if there's any moves afoot to make them completely digital too? Phone sims are starting to go that way.
It would certainly be a good thing if all those at war took to dropping custard rather than bombs - less damage and easier to clear up. Free food too - well, that is if you like custard of course .
