I'd expect more heckling all over now. That Ford worker who heckled Trumpy and was laid off benefitted from an 800,000$ onlinne fund raiser. He also got his job back with no comments on his disciplinary record because he's a union member. Trump and all the psychopants billionaires loathe unions.

No @pete. It was the annual address called the State of the Union where the president outlines all he's achieved in the last year and, possibly, what is to come. The invited audience is every member of congress who ca take one guest and the Speaker can have 24 guests as can the president.

Many democrats either boycotted it this year or took women who were victims of Epstein to embarass Trumpy.

By the way, there are stories on the 'net about him not just farting in the Oval office but much more. It seems it's not just his mouth and what passes for a brain that is incontinent.

@pete there was a lovely bit on Rick Stein's Australia where he was talking to a farmer who raises his beef cattle on grass and sells it online and in a roadside honesty box. He told Rick about a woman the other side of Australia who had started buying his beef and whose OH was very pleased cos she'd stopped farting!

 

You can't be listening to the same Starmer or Reeves that I hear and see on TV. They are each as deluded as the other. They are always claiming they have done great things for the country.

Apparently the latest bright idea from Trump's attorneys is to effectively declare a State of Emergency and then take over full control of the Mid Term Elections. The only problem is that the reason being given for doing so have absolutely no basis in fact. Not that such minor details have ever deterred Trump in the past.

 

The South Korean president got in a bit of bother recently for nefarious use of state of emergency tactics.
