BITTEN AGAIN

I've just applied for this years Coarse Fishing Licence and found that he, [the Chancellor], had raised the price from his usual annual rise of £1 to £2, making a Concessionary Licence for guys and gals £20.
There's always been one irritating thing with the Fishing Licence in that it has always been a fixed term from the 1 April to 31 March and not a full year from the date of purchase. So if you bought it in August then it would only last 8 months until March last year even though you'd paid the full price for the 12 months.
Anyway, this year, the Licence now runs a full 12 months from the date you purchase it, which is a lot fairer.
