Broad beans

    when I cleared the last of my broad beans about 2 weeks ago I saved a few pods for planting in Autumn. It started to rain and I accidentally left them in a pot on top of the raised bed, Of course they have started sprouting. I shall have to plant them- what are my chances, I don't normally plant till much later? They are Aqua Dulce.

    USUALLY PUT THEM IN. LATE OCT OR EARLY NOV. I had a good crop this year. its a good learning experience to put them in now. let us know please.

    Thanks Fancy- we shall see! I've just come back inside as the rain is too hard to finish preparing the bed- I was trying to be good, I've put some manure on and was trowelling it in ready to plant...
