You'll probably find the ground is frozen now, just keep em somewhere sheltered till this cold snap passes. Make sure the roots don't dry out.

I've got a load of youngsters out the back, all in buckets of compost. They are, blueberry, currants, loganberry and goosegogs. The only reason I didn't put them straight in the ground is because I haven't decided on their final position yet. Interestingly the expensive ones, which also happen to have been planted the longest, aren't do much yet, but the cheapo goosegogs from Wilkos have got brand new green leaves starting to open now.
