What are these 'Triffids' really called? PLEASE!

    Please help! My dad is growing these 'Triffids' in his garden. Can ANYONE please put us out of our misery and enlighten us to their true species name?? A common name will do.............lol Thankyou Dad's Triffid 2.jpg Dad's Triffid.jpg

    Not quite Triffids:biggrin: but I can see your concern. Either Leeks that have gone to seed or a type of ornamental Allium (Onion family)

    They do look a lot like the leeks we have that had gone to seed =)
