well, Nick, it's a bit smarter than that tee-shirt pic a while ago!! And at least it had the real Paladin inside - not like that tailor's dummy! :D
Come on - we've all done the decent thing and produced photos that don't keep our ugly mugs hidden - yours can't be that bad!! After all, the people who've met you have survived the experience! :D And I can't imagine wht Roders is on about..... Are you still signed on - it's after 9...

Paladin, You'll really have to get a new camera as the one you've got doesn't seem to take the whole picture :D :D :D

Got called out to the N.T. Holiday cottages in the nearby village of Snowshill today to see if we could clear the gully and gutter drainage channels to stop the cottages from flooding after heavy rain....
Everything was clear but still water was coming from somewhere and filling the patio areas!
Guess what I found hiding behind an overgrown Mallow bush and long forgotten???

I must admit..I did spot a clue over the front door...'Spring Cottage'!! :D

Good gracious - I presume that is a natural spring site from the last line of your post, but why the gate, and why the cave behind?

;) Looks like the Victorians were playing hide & seek again...!! Good job you found it Nick, Will it now become an "extra feature" in the holiday blurb I wonder... [IMG] [IMG] Strange how some people pay no attention to house names... Usually the older the name the more significant it is..!! Well done..!!! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

The cave was constructed to protect the Spring from filling with soil from the land which is higher all around. I think the grille was just to block the hole from little folk falling down.
