Nearly got ran over again by someone in a 4x4 with horse trailar and i bet if the hoof was on the other foot i would have a earache for not slowing down to past them

Presume you don't work in the diplomatic service then @wiseowl ? Lucky she didn't pour any of her leftover paint over your head. I'd be clambering over her roof with a nice bunch of flowers and a good bottle of wine along with the chocs if I were you.

Trying since Friday to talk talk with a well known phone and broadband supplier.
Line checked Friday, text back from company to say mums line sorted.
Went up to see her as still couldn't contact by phone, to find all phones tried in line are still not working.
Spent a shed load of credit on phone alerting said company, to be told there is a fault and it would be escalated to bt ....up to 72 hours wait.
Credit ran out whilst are you happy with outcome, end of conversation wrap up being conducted.
So waited until Sunday for confirmation text .. Which didn't arrive.
Contacted by website on Sunday 3 hours and 5 operators later via web chat ........nothing!
Friday operator did not complete fault report as we were cut off! £5- 16 minute call not enough time to log fault.
Emailed from my house ..... Told cannot access mums account unless on company line?
But fault now reported and I will receive a text to know when but engineer will call.
Will be sometime over next 72 hours ......guess what still no appointment text.
Sick feeling in tummy as I know will have to get on the company merry go round again today probably only to be lied to again.
Meanwhile elderly mum has no landline ..... Have these companies no shame?

Have you checked to see if they got a twitter or facebook page? Might get a better result if they knew everyone can see what they're not doing
